The Marine Iguana is one of my favourite animals. It lives in the Galapagos Islands, where the ecology and
environment are fragile. This creature has to fight so hard just to get in and out of the ocean to eat its
vegetarian diet of algae on the seabed. This little guy has so much attitude and looks like a prehistoric
monster. It is definitely the punk rocker of the animal kingdom. Here I have painted the Iguana resting
splayed out on a rock, to me he looks like a gangsta rapper with attitude. I love this guy. This reptile art piece is currently available for sale.
