Lily has been painting, drawing and exhibiting for many years. During this time she has explored different media and techniques. With a great love of nature, she likes to capture the light and atmosphere of the subject, portraying the environment and landscape around her, or places she visits. . Lily who was born in Waterford but has lived and worked most of her life in Carlow but still has a great love of the sea and coastline. Subjects such as landscapes, seascapes, woodlands, gardens and flowers feature in her work and are often painted in oils, watercolour, pastel and other media.
