Red sky Delight is a painting from a series inspired by a spectacular recent sunset that I was lucky enough to see, the sky seemed to be on fire as the Sun dipped down behind the slopes of Croghan Mountain on the Wicklow/Wexford border and all was fiery orange..
I watched with awe as the sun set and painted a series of these studies and took lots of photos to work a series of paintings from… this being one
The painting is 15 x 15cm and comes float mounted and framed as shown and is 25 x 25 3cm
