Mirrors the human soul.
Would it be the same without
The wind and rain,
Without the sometimes dark cloud?

I felt I needed more space to express the
breadth of the sea and sky so started working
on these half imperial size sheets of paper. I
think you can see my process becomes more
expressive and lyrical. It seemed as though
these pieces spoke back to me as I painted,
and the small pieces of verse were the result.
